Our Core Values

Scripturally Driven

The basis for all our ministry is driven by the truth of Scripture. The Scriptures are the foundation of who we are and we as a church have made a commitment to stand for unchanging biblical truth in a world that is ever changing.

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” — 2 Timothy 3:16-17 NKJV

Spirit Empowered

We are a church whose desire is to see the Holy Spirit infuse His power into every ministry and outreach of who we are as a local church. We recognize the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer.

“‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of hosts.” — Zechariah 4:6 NKJV

Missionally Committed

We as a local church desire to fulfill Christ’s Great Commission through prayer, giving, and going.

“Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.”

— 1 Chronicles 16:24 NKJV

Purposefully Generous

Our desire is to demonstrate our commitment to the Gospel through generosity in our finance, time, and talents.

“And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.”

— Acts 20:35 NKJV

Strategically Equipped

Making room for others talents is our goal. We believe it is a part of our assignment to equip believers to fulfill the plan God has given them.

“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service,”

— Ephesians 4:11-12a NIV

Relationally Connected

We are better together. God’s desire is for His people to live in community with each other and that is our goal here at Unity Church.

“not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

— Hebrews 10:25 NIV
